How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at connect@truediscipletees.com or from our Contact page. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order is processed, we may not be able to make changes.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days and shipped via standard shipping. Depending on your location, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Absolutely. We ship almost anywhere in the world.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. You can view the size chart by clicking the 'SIZE CHART' link on the product page.

What materials are your shirts made from?

Our t-shirts are crafted from high-quality 100% airlume combed and ringspun cotton, designed for maximum comfort and durability. Most other products are a cotton blend. Check individual product descriptions for specific fabric details.

Do you offer custom designs or bulk orders?

Currently, we do not offer custom designs. For bulk orders, please submit a request from our Contact page.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 45-day return policy for unworn and unwashed items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return below or from our Returns/Exchanges page.

How do I make an exchange?

To make an exchange, please initiate a return below or through our Returns/Exchanges page. Indicate that you'd like an exchange. We'll send you the new item once we receive the original.

Do you cover return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
